Christine Madden holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and has worked in business management and accounting for over 17 years.
Madden Construction has always held a valid California State Contractors License, Worker's Compensation Insurance, and Liability Insurance, freeing you from the worry of any personal liability.
That hiring an unlicensed contractor makes you the employer rather than the customer? If you hire an unlicensed contractor, you become personally liable for any property damages incurred by the persons hired to work on your personal property and/or injuries to the people you hire.
